Heh... it reminds me of the Audiovox CDM-9900, which I really miss :)
At least it has some controls on the front, which will make it more useful as a music player. That is of course totally whiped out by the INconvenience of having a 2.5mm jack. I'm sorry, but to me a 3.5mm jack for stereo earphones that don't require the pain of an adpater is much more useful than a 2.5mm jack for wired headsets.
Bluetooth headsets for talking are cheap and prevelant enough now that we don't really need a 2.5mm jack, especially with almost all phones (including $20 prepaid phones) having speakerphone capabilities. A2DP is nice, but Bluetooth stereo headsets are still too bulky and cumbersome and usually don't sound as good as a wired stero earbud set.
