MIT's Technology Review published a really interesting photo essay in their Sept/Oct 2008 issue.  It basically follows cell phone recycling from start to finish.  It's really interesting.  So here's one photo to pique your interest.

 Wow. I had no idea that there was such a market for re-use. I knew that phones were recycled, but the fact they fix up 60% is pretty impressive. That's a lot of phones to be reused though... is the market (even the world market) still growing that fast?
