Jeebus, T-Mobile is full of idiot monkeys

Well, me and my parents share a family plan. Our two year contract recently expired, and my parents wanted to switch over to the pay by the day plan. To start off, it was a massive pain for them to fully explain the plan to my parents, which slowed the process down a few days. But in the end the switch was finally made, for everyone except me. For whatever reason T-Mobile cancelled my phone line, even though we never asked them to do that. So now I have a cell phone that doesn't get any service, and all I can do is hope that I can get my number back.

 

How T-Mobile has won so many awards for customer service is beyond me.

This story gets even better!

 

After checking out my parents accounts online I noticed that they had sneakily switched them both over to individual basic plans rather than the pay by the day plan! Can you believe that? So of course, my parents were none to pleased. They called customer service and they apologized for the mistake. They then told us that we would now all be on the pay by the day plan.

 

Care to guess what happens next? None of our phones work, yay! We've called several times but we are always instructed to just wait 24 hours for the phones to begin working. This back and forth had gone on for about a week. My parents are pretty much done with messing around so much, so they'll be calling tomorrow to cancel everything.
