GO SEE THE DARK KNIGHT

And if at all possible, see it in IMAX. I went last night at midnight for the premier and it was seriously one of the best movie experiences I've ever had. I'm getting older and I don't stay up past 1 as often as I used to, so I was concerned about staying awake for a 2.5 hour movie. As it turned out, I hardly blinked.

 

Part of it was that there were lots of people in costume (LOTS of Jokers), part of it was that it was on IMAX, and part of it was that the movie just flat out rocked.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!  Heath Ledger was genius.  It's a shame he had to die.

I'll have to wait another week or two before I can see this.  On sunday tickets were sold out til wednesday.  It's wednesday now and I'm sure tickets will be sold out through the weekend.  Next week it is!

I finally saw it yesterday.  The ending just about did it for me.  It was a great movie up to that point...but the ending made it epic!

Saw it weekend before last, and when it was over my wife said that it was better that she thought it would be, my exact thoughts at the time.  It was a little long but went by quickly.  I thought the Joker was a little hokey from the TV clips but the character in the mover was much betted than depicted on TV.  I would have liked to see a better leading lady, my wife said that she had the girl next door appeal, not for me.  I would have rather seen Angelina or Jessica, do the role, either one.  But a very good movie nontheless, we postponed seeing the Mummies vs BF to the following weekend, it was good too.

Just saw Dark Knight last night (I know...I'm a little behind the times here).  Definitely worth seeing on IMax.  We didn't get the best seats in the house but it was still awesome.
