Cons: Complete lies and terrible service
Where to even start... they lie about billing from the activation date, they actually bill from the date they ship the phone to you. Several customer service people told me not to worry so I activated the phone and the huge bills kept coming. They sent me a defective piece of crap phone that pocket dialed 1000 people a day when the phone was locked. Then they claim not to be able to credit you for the problem. Furthermore, they've accidentally shut my service off about 5 fucking times. p.s. this supposed liberal activism company is located in beautiful Oklahoma, so now we're all on a convenient list, I'm pissed.
