I got this phone used from a friend but I absolutely love it. I just moved to the DC area and I would literally be lost without it. I'd wanted a Blackberry for a while and used friends a time or two but now that I have mine it would be hard to turn back. I always seem to have service, even when others don't and I've dropped it numerous time and it's stood up to the ware and tear. It's super easy to use and Verizon even has a separate blackberry line you can call if you ever need help. Highly recommended!
