RIM Blackberry Pearl 8120

Pros: Small form factor, great email

Cons: Keyboard is worse than 8100, crappy trackball quality

I think they flubbed the keyboard redesign for the second iteration of Pearls. The "er" key is too close to the multifunction key. This results in annoying mistypes. The trackballs continue to be an issue, with mine acting up within a month of purchase. A great phone nonetheless, but not without issues.
