Credo mobile dissatisfied customers

I have been through a hellish experience in every respect with Credo mobile. First off, why is Credo mobile not listed as an American carrier in this forum?

 

Will others who have had bad experiences with Credo mobile please post in this thread?

I am so frustrated.  I presumed I had made a purchase on cyber Monday for an iPhone - the FIRST time for a smartphone purchase.
NOTHING for 5 days - no email to confirm this etc.  On Saturday, I called and was told my purchase was declined!!!!!   I have very high credit!
Apparently a letter is on the way!!!
The 'service' center could not give me one bit of information.
I spent a lot of time considering what phone to get, and obviously WASTED a lot of time on the CREDO site doing this.
I had been waiting for cyber Monday to make a purchase and therefore lost out financially -  having presumed I had made a complete purchase with CREDO, I did not avail of the many other offers out there. :(
